Born and raised in Atlantic County, Matt founded SMB Homes with a passion for real estate and a vision for improving the communities he grew up around. Cody later joined him, sharing the same commitment to South Jersey and the people who call it home.
With more than 10 years of experience, over 500 properties purchased, and countless homeowners helped, their team understands that every property—and every homeowner's situation—is different.
